Qualificações

• Previous Director of Engineering or senior engineering leadership experience within international hotel brands.
• Background in luxury or luxury lifestyle hotels.
• Strong pre-opening and operational engineering expertise.
• Calm, solutions-focused, and highly organised under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the full engineering operation for a luxury lifestyle hotel.
• Ensure all building systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Drive preventative maintenance strategies to support high occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, contractors, and service agreements.
