Responsibilities include designing engineering systems for high-end villas and boutique hotels, collaborating with architects and interior designers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years of experience in hospitality design and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualificações

• 5 to 15 years of engineering design experience working for a design consultancy or a general contractor.
• Experience in high-end hospitality projects, such as 5-star hotels and private villas.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Design engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local codes.
• Lead the development of detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications.
• Proactively participate in spatial coordination with architectural and structural models.
