I am searching for an experienced Director of Engineering to join a newly opening luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. Reporting directly to the senior operations leadership, you will take full responsibility for the engineering function, ensuring a smooth opening and the long‑term reliability, safety, and performance of the property.

• €58,000 gross per year (paid across 14 months)
• 10% annual bonus

Your Experience

• Previous Director of Engineering or senior engineering leadership experience within international hotel brands
• Background in luxury or luxury lifestyle hotels
• Strong pre‑opening and operational engineering expertise

• Fluent Portuguese or Spanish required
• Advanced English essential for working in an international environment
• Calm, solutions‑focused, and highly organised under pressure
