A dynamic technology company based in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the onboarding process for customers. This role includes guiding customers through onboarding, assisting with software use, and promoting training packages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to work independently. Proficiency in English, French, and German is required, along with a keen interest in technology and experience in the Kitchen and Bath Design Industry being a bonus.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills, especially verbal.

• Interest or experience with technology and software applications.
• Experience in virtual learning platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process.

• Design and deploy digital onboarding journeys.
