Claranet Portugal is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our internal team. You will guide Digital Workplace transformation, drive adoption of new solutions, and shape change strategies with clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, plan initiatives, run workshops, and measure outcomes, helping customers realise value while adhering to best practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence the evolution of our service offering within a dynamic IT MSP environment in

Qualificações

• Must have project management and/or change management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Change Management methodologies to drive Digital Workplace transformation and adoption of digital solutions.
• Plan and deliver Change Management initiatives, managing scope, timelines and resources.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, product demonstrations and workshops to communicate value and drive adoption.
• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders and provide project reports with KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and technology landscape.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
