Claranet limited is seeking a Project Manager on our Talent Team to lead portfolio initiatives for a client. You will plan, coordinate with executives, manage budgets and timelines, and report progress against plans.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to align requirements with solutions, manage risks, and support business development and procurement for assigned projects. This role drives digital transformation across functions.

Qualificações

• Experience managing portfolios, programs, or projects involving technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing project objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution tracking.
• Ability to monitor project performance using KPIs, SLA metrics, and financial indicators.
• Experience identifying and managing project risks, including schedule, budget, and scope risks.
• Experience coordinating external partners and suppliers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to align business requirements with technology solutions.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and implement all portfolio management activities for the initiatives under responsibility, while supporting other strategic projects.
• Manage and coordinate projects in collaboration with the unit manager, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report project objectives, budgets, timelines, and execution status, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
• Monitor projects through financial analysis, KPI tracking, and SLA compliance.
• Identify risks related to schedule, budget, and scope, and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
• Coordinate relationships with external partners involved in projects, ensuring alignment, governance, and effective execution.
• Collaborate closely with business and technology teams, bridging business needs and technology solutions.
• Support business development activities, initiative qualification, and procurement processes related to assigned projects.
• Lead projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, following established project management frameworks and best practices.
• Develop knowledge of business processes and technology opportunities within supported functional areas, contributing to the digital transformation roadmap.
