Claranet is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our internal team in a hybrid role based in Lisbon or Porto. The candidate will apply Change Management methodologies to drive Digital Workplace transformation and adoption of digital solutions, while engaging key stakeholders and delivering structured project plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Previous experience in Project Management and Change Management.
• Proven experience working with clients and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Change Management methodologies to drive Digital Workplace transformation and adoption of digital solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Engage stakeholders across business areas to define change vision and strategy.
• Plan and deliver Change Management initiatives with scope, timelines and resources.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to communicate value and drive adoption.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders and deliver KPI-based insights.

Formação académica

Right now, we are looking
for Change Management Consultant to join our internal team.

Your responsibilities include:

Strategy & Methodology

• Apply Change Management methodologies to drive successful Digital
  Workplace transformation and the adoption of digital solutions;
  
• Conduct impact assessments, identify potential risks and define
  effective mitigation strategies;
  
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across different business areas,
  working collaboratively to define the change vision and strategy;
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools and methodologies across
  Digital Workplace and Change Management, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organisation’s service offering.
  

Project Delivery & Management

• Plan and deliver Change Management initiatives, ensuring effective
  management of scope, timelines and resources;
  
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, product demonstrations and workshops that communicate the value of solutions to end users and drive engagement and adoption;
  
• Ensure effective and consistent communication across all stakeholders involved in each project, developing content aligned with Change Management best practices;
  
• Monitor and analyse project metrics and KPIs, providing relevant insights and delivering clear project reports.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understanding of their business needs, challenges and technology landscape;
  
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality services and support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
  
• Manage relationships with clients and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
  

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in
  Business Management, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field;
  
• Previous experience in
  Project Management and/or Change Management;
  
• Proven experience working
  directly with clients and external stakeholders;
  
• Excellent communication and
  presentation skills;
  
• Strong analytical and
  problem-solving skills;
  
• Proactive and creative
  mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives;
  
• Strong collaboration and
  teamwork skills;
  
• Excellent planning and
  organisational skills;
  
• Advanced level of English.
  

We value:

• Certification in Change
  Management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and/or Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
  
• Previous experience working
  on digital transformation projects;
  
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud
  Office solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace);
  
• Knowledge of Artificial
  Intelligence and related solutions (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT);
  
• Proven experience designing
  and delivering workshops.
