Claranet limited is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join our internal team in Portugal. You will apply Change Management methodologies to drive Digital Workplace transformation, conduct impact assessments and engage stakeholders to define a shared change vision.

You will plan and deliver initiatives, lead workshops, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and monitor project metrics to deliver successful outcomes for clients and partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management and/or Change Management.
• Experience working directly with clients and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Change Management methodologies to drive successful Digital Workplace transformation and the adoption of digital solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments, identify potential risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across different business areas, working collaboratively to define the change vision and strategy.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools and methodologies across Digital Workplace and Change Management, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organisation’s service offering.
• Plan and deliver Change Management initiatives, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines and resources.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, product demonstrations and workshops that communicate the value of solutions to end users and drive engagement and adoption.
• Ensure effective and consistent communication across all stakeholders involved in each project, developing content aligned with Change Management best practices.
• Monitor and analyse project metrics and KPIs, providing relevant insights and delivering clear project reports.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing a strong understanding of their business needs, challenges and technology landscape.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering high-quality services and support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Manage relationships with clients and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Management, Project Management, Communications, InformationTechnology, or a related field;
  
• Previous experience inProject Management and/or Change Management;
  
• Proven experience workingdirectly with clients and external stakeholders;
  
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills;
  
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills;
  
• Proactive and creativemindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives;
  
• Excellent planning andorganisational skills;
  
• Advanced level of English.
  

We value:

• Certification in ChangeManagement (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and/or Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
  
• Advanced knowledge of CloudOffice solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace);
  
• Knowledge of ArtificialIntelligence and related solutions (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT);
  
• Proven experience designingand delivering workshops.
