A leading technology company is seeking a Team Lead L2 for Cloud & Infra based in Lisbon. The role involves managing incidents at the 2nd line level and ensuring seamless client management while leading a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have technical expertise in cloud services and ITSM tools, along with relevant certifications. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Resolve incidents at 2nd line level related to infrastructure.
• Ensure proper escalation to 3rd line when necessary.
• Support multiple players in escalation processes.

Overview

Right now, we are looking for a Team Leader L2 - Cloud&Infra to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Experience of working with ITSM tools, whether for opening INs and RQs and/or managing multiple players in escalation processes;
• Ensure the resolution of incidents at 2nd line level related to infrastructure, networks, applications and security, or escalation to 3rd line, following KB;
• Experience in various tools (Infrastructure, Network & Applications Operating Center);
• Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration software;
• Knowledge of quality control, operational processes, and performance monitoring tools (KPIs);
• Experience in Team Management - Motivation and development;
• Experience in Client Management - Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
