Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to ensure a good customer experience by deploying brand campaigns across email, push and SMS channels. You will work with Nestlé’s brands on strategy, HTML templates, segmentation and test campaigns to improve engagement.

You will design customer journeys, run A/B tests, monitor performance with KPI reports and maintain deliverability, collaborating with internal and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or alternatives (MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua).
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns.
• HTML creation based on templates including revising and making changes.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys according to brand guidelines.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using best practices and KPI analysis.
• Build relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.
