Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Lisbon is seeking a Content Support Specialist to bridge strategic Digital Marketing briefs from HQ with creative agencies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Nestlé guidelines. You will coordinate with agencies, manage asset delivery, and develop performance reports while driving change across Markets and Localization Partners.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of digital marketing / eBusiness experience with global brands.
• Experience with CRM brand campaigns is essential.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a remote team and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as bridge between HQ digital marketing briefs and creative agencies.
• Be main brand contact ensuring outputs comply with brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of final creative assets for trigger-based programs.
• Advocate Nestlé Content Operating Models and Global Solutions across teams.
• Coordinate with agencies to manage asset delivery and review rounds.
• Produce regular performance reports and best-practices outlines.
• Align with stakeholders to execute HQ agenda with agencies and markets.
