Job summary

Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client's digital advertising products in Lisbon. The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with technical teams, and educating customers on best practices to maximize product value.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or related field
Digital marketing experience required
Hands-on paid campaign management experience
Solid understanding of social media and digital advertising
Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech company
Strong problem solving and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues
Supporting advertisers through email and chat
Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products
Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries
Educating advertisers on product features and best practices
Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality
