Job summary

Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Technical Product Specialist – Digital Ads to support advertisers using our client’s digital advertising products. You will troubleshoot issues, assist via email and chat, and educate customers on features and best practices.

The role requires Italian at C1 and English at B2, with a Marketing degree and hands-on paid campaign management experience. Join a global leader and help improve customer experience in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Good understanding of social media and digital advertising.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or with an Advertising Technology company.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Enjoy solving problems and working with technology.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and product-related issues.
• Supporting advertisers through email and chat.
• Helping customers get the most out of their advertising products.
• Working closely with Product Operations and Technical teams to resolve complex queries.
• Educating advertisers on product features and best practices.
• Contributing to initiatives that improve customer experience and service quality.
