Decskill is seeking a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Cloud-Native Platform. You will build and modernize CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps, and manage Azure AKS, storage and networking. Dockerized environments, IaC, and observability are core. Collaboration with backend and mobile teams is essential, plus applying AI to automation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD and Git-based ecosystems.
• Experience with GitOps.
• Docker experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, AKS, Storage and Networking.
• Infrastructure as Code experience, Terraform preferred.
• Deployment automation and Helm experience.
• ArgoCD or FluxCD knowledge desirable.
• Monitoring, logging, alerting and observability experience.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience with load, performance and stress testing.
• Secure DevOps practices and secrets management experience.
• HashiCorp Vault knowledge is a plus.
• Artifact repositories such as Artifactory or NuGet are a plus.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Incident management and production support experience.

We are looking for an DevOps Engineer | Cloud-Native Platform!

Responsabilities:

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement GitOps practices and automate deployments across environments.
• Manage and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure, including AKS, storage and networking.
• Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Define and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging and observability practices.
• Improve production stability, availability and incident response.
• Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets management.
• Manage and optimise artifact repositories.
• Contribute to performance, load and stress testing.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
• Collaborate closely with backend, mobile and other engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the DevOps/SRE platform.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD, infrastructure management and platform automation.

Requirements:

Technical

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• CI/CD
• Git / Git-based ecosystems
• GitOps
• Docker
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly:
• AKS
• Storage
• Networking
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
• Experience with deployment automation and Helm.
• Knowledge of ArgoCD or FluxCD is required/desirable.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting and observability.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs and backend architectures.
• Experience with integration, load and stress testing.
• Experience with secure DevOps practices and secrets management.
• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault is a plus.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as Artifactory or NuGet is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of incident management and production support.
