Decskill is seeking a DevOps professional to join our IT operations team in an environment with national and international exposure. You will manage production operations, monitor performance, and drive automation and continuous improvement across CI/CD and infrastructure.

The role requires 2–3 years in IT infrastructure, strong knowledge of DevOps practices, and experience with monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate IT Infrastructure and Production Operations activities.
• Monitor and support operational performance and stability of IT environments.
• Define, monitor, and improve KPIs for infrastructure and production services.
• Identify IT risks and cybersecurity risks, contributing to mitigation actions.
• Support incident management and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes, procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to project management activities related to IT infrastructure and production operations.
• Work with technical and business teams to ensure delivery and continuity.
• Promote a DevOps and Agile culture across teams.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use monitoring and observability tools to identify performance issues.
• Support CI/CD and DevOps processes implementation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to achieve objectives.

Responsabilities:

• Manage and coordinate IT Infrastructure and Production Operations activities.
• Monitor and support the operational performance and stability of IT environments.
• Define, monitor, and improve performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure and production services.
• Identify and assess IT risks and cybersecurity risks, contributing to mitigation and remediation actions.
• Support incident management and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to project management activities related to IT infrastructure and production operations.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure effective delivery and operational continuity.
• Promote a DevOps and Agile culture across teams.
• Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use monitoring and observability tools to identify performance issues and operational anomalies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders and technical teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
• Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous development within the team.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or a related role.
• Experience in Production Operations management and coordination.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Management and Cyber Security.
• Experience with Performance Indicators / KPIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: ElasticSearch, Grafana, Dynatrace
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible.
• Knowledge of operating systems: Linux, Windows
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
