We are looking for an DevOps & Production Support Engineer (Level 3)!

Responsabilities:

• Provide Level 3 production support for business-critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and production projects, from planning through implementation and transition to operations.
• Design and implement technical architectures supporting business applications in production environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, ensuring effective collaboration across infrastructure, middleware, cloud, networking, and application support teams.
• Lead cloud adoption initiatives, ensuring cloud services are systematically integrated into project architectures.
• Manage infrastructure lifecycle activities, including technology obsolescence, decommissioning, resilience improvements, and cost optimization.
• Define, monitor, and report project progress, budgets, risks, KPIs, and SLAs to management and project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance through steering committees, validation boards, and project monitoring meetings.
• Ensure production support teams have the knowledge, documentation, and operational readiness required to maintain business services.
• Collaborate with FinOps, Infrastructure, Security, Obsolescence, and Decommissioning teams to ensure compliance with technical, financial, and security standards.
• Plan and coordinate production deployments, including activities outside business hours and during weekends when required.
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native best practices to improve operational efficiency and delivery quality.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure and production-related projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT governance standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Engineer or Production Support Engineer (Level 3) in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT production environments, including servers, storage, networking, middleware, and application deployment.
• Experience in technical project management and infrastructure delivery for business-critical applications.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience delivering cloud-based infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation.
• Strong technical expertise in Linux, WebSphere, Oracle, Autosys, Connect:Direct (CFT), Ansible, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms, such as Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of legacy enterprise technologies, including WebSphere, Autosys, and CFT file transfer.
• Understanding of IT governance, project management methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing IT projects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, and governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
