Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing and seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our distributed teams across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid. You will develop and maintain DevOps infrastructure for the eTrading platform, focusing on CI/CD improvements, automation, and cross‑team collaboration.

The role offers opportunities to work with global engineering and business units, with emphasis on monitoring, reliability, and scalability in international projects.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of SRE/DevOps experience.

Responsabilidades

• DevOps / Infrastructure development and maintenance of eTrading platform modules, components and utilities.
• Be responsible for the SDLC pipeline, work on CI/CD improvements, including data migration from one tool to another.
• Work on the application infrastructure configuration automation.
• Support application landscape: Hardware (Virtual / Bare Metal), Network troubleshooting in close collaboration with Production Support teams.
• Working with global engineering, business and support teams to deliver better platform and services to our clients.

We would like to meet a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• DevOps / Infrastructure development and maintenance of eTrading platform modules, components and utilities.
• Be responsible for the SDLC pipeline, work on CI/CD improvements, including data migration from one tool to another.
• Work on the application infrastructure configuration automation.
• Support application landscape: Hardware (Virtual / Bare Metal), Network troubleshooting in close collaboration with Production Support teams.
• Working with global engineering, business and support teams to deliver better platform and services to our clients.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of SRE/DevOps experience.
• SDLC tool set – git, TeamCity, Jenkins, maven, gradle, Artifactory.
• Linux/UNIX, OS fundamentals, TCP/IP stack.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and team collaboration.
• Enterprise monitoring and observability tools – ITRS Geneos, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Bash.
• Knowledge of Java/C#/C++.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Puppet.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Ability to work as a part of a globally distributed team.
• Problem-solving attitude.
