Job summary

Shore is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Representative to join a fully remote team. You will assist platform users in French, communicate with developers in English, and resolve technical issues using MySQL.

You will participate in two weeks of on-site training in Porto, then work remotely with rotating shifts and a 40-hour week. A strong customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn FinTech tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2) with strong professional English (minimum B2).
• Solid working knowledge of MySQL is essential.
• Familiarity with Postman or API testing tools is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (or higher).
• No prior work experience required; technical knowledge of MySQL is the primary requirement.
• Availability to attend two weeks of on-site training in Porto.

French-Speaking Technical Support Representative – Tech

We are partnering with a leading outsourcing and BPO consultancy to recruit a French-speaking Technical Support Representative for a tech platform in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide product support to platform users, troubleshoot technical issues using MySQL, and collaborate with software developers to resolve complex platform challenges.

The Offer

• Location: Fully remote position with 1 day a quarter going to the the office in Porto. (company-provided accommodation support available during the initial two-week training period).
• Schedule: Full-time ( 40 hours per week ), 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break, on rotational shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00 (weekends off).
