We are looking for an Cloud Support Infrastructure Expert!
Responsabilities:
Application Production Support
- Provide production support for WM IT Data Platform applications and tools.
- Handle L1/L2 incidents and service requests in a production environment.
- Participate in a 24/7 support rotation, including shifts, on-call, weekends, and public holidays.
- Meet defined SLA/SLO targets for incidents and service requests.
- Escalate risks, critical issues, and management concerns to the divisional lead in a timely manner.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor application health, service availability, and performance.
- Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting across Linux-based environments and banking applications.
- Drive continuous service improvements to enhance reliability and availability.
Infrastructure Automation
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks.
- Build and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and deployments.
- Automate operational tasks, configurations, and deployment processes.
Knowledge Management
- Create, review, and maintain application support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in and validate knowledge transfer sessions delivered by development teams.
- Train and mentor operations team members on Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Live Play activities.
- Support business continuity initiatives and ensure production readiness.
- Work closely with development teams and global APS teams to maintain a stable production environment.
- Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help reduce Mean Time to Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
- Support production readiness, compliance, and operational risk mitigation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration, CLI, and Shell Scripting.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting.
- Experience with PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace.
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
- Experience with Docker.
- Strong knowledge of Ansible.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis, or Concourse.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience with application monitoring and log analysis.
- Experience providing L1/L2 application support.
- Experience in a banking or core banking environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in production environments.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and escalation management.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service quality and operational excellence.
- Good level of english.
