InnoTech is hiring a Mid Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines in cloud environments. You will work with SQL, Python, Spark, and Microsoft Fabric to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires collaborating with Analytics Engineering, Product Management, and other teams to ensure high-quality data products. You will contribute to code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting, while following best practices in data architecture and software engineering.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional Data Engineering experience, preferably with cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar, with cloud exposure in Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Strong SQL, Python, Spark skills and solid ETL/ELT understanding.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.

Your Mission Will Be

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows within cloud-based environments;
• Develop and optimize data solutions using technologies such as SQL, Python, Spark, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse;
• Troubleshoot technical and coding issues, optimize data workflows, and contribute to code reviews and testing activities;
• Work closely with Analytics Engineering, Product Management, and other engineering teams to deliver well-structured data solutions;
• Independently execute well-defined technical tasks while following data architecture and technical design best practices.

You Will Need

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, preferably working with cloud-native solutions and data architecture;
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar technologies, combined with cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark, or other scripting languages, together with a solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data architecture principles;
• Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization, along with strong communication, collaboration, and methodical problem-solving skills;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD processes applied to data solutions, and/or DataOps;
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary environments involving Analytics Engineering, Product Management, and other engineering teams;
• A growth-oriented mindset, openness to constructive feedback, and motivation to continuously develop towards greater technical autonomy;
• Previous experience working within structured cloud data environments and following software engineering best practices;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
