Qualifications

• Strong technical background, enabling effective communication with technical teams and bridging the gap between technology and business.
• Solid knowledge of project management, planning, portfolio management, execution control, and reporting.
• Familiarity with both traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in functional leadership, cross-functional team coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience implementing changes to processes, methodologies, or operating models, including environments where resistance to change was present.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, manage conflicts, influence teams, and drive execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology projects within the mobility, transportation, infrastructure, or road operations sectors.
• Experience coordinating physical equipment installations in the field, ensuring alignment between technical and operational teams.
• Experience designing, implementing, or improving governance and delivery frameworks.
