Job summary

team.it is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead to guide software delivery across international teams. You will drive complex technology projects, provide technical leadership, and foster high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, DevOps practices, and a hands-on attitude within demanding IT projects. Fluent French and strong leadership are valued assets in this multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Lead.
• Strong technical background in Software Engineering and SDLC.
• Experience leading development teams in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture and System Design.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead to join an international environment, leading software development teams and driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects.

What you need to join us:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Lead;
• Strong technical background in Software Engineering and Software Development Lifecycle;
• Experience leading development teams in complex environments;
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture and System Design;
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of Testing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Best Practices;
• Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance to development teams;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks;
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, and onboarding;
• Strong delivery focus with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation;
• Interest and practical exposure to emerging technologies, including GenAI initiatives;
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to perform in demanding environments;
• Previous experience in Information Technology (mandatory);
• French C1 (mandatory).

Nice to have:

• Banking or Financial Services experience;
• Exposure to Basel frameworks and regulatory environments;
• Experience working with distributed and international teams;
• Experience driving engineering maturity and software delivery transformation initiatives.
