beqom is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will guide and execute data integration into the beqom Total Compensation Management SaaS platform, designing, developing, and deploying robust data integration solutions tailored to each client's HR and financial ecosystem.

You will work with HRIS data (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle), map data to beqom models, configure APIs and SFTP transfers, and ensure quality through testing and UAT.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Data Consulting, Integration Development or ETL/ELT in SaaS.
• Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs for data extraction and ingestion; testing APIs with Postman.
• SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with IDEs for scripting and data integration tasks.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred) or similar tools.
• Experience with HCM, Payroll, or Financial data is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client data and source systems (HRIS, ERP).
• Design end-to-end data integration, transformation, cleansing, and mapping.
• Develop ETL specifications for data flows.
• Configure API and SFTP data transfers.
• Extend in-house integration tools; build scalable data processing layers.
• Develop and validate integration recipes using iPaaS tools.
• Provide guidance to clients and collaborate with project teams.
