beqom is seeking a Product Owner to shape the Pay Transparency module, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to translate real-world use cases into valuable features. You will partner with our Principal Product Manager and engineers to deliver outcomes that support pay equity and compliance initiatives across Europe.

As pay transparency becomes increasingly important under EU directives, you will help ensure the product meets customer needs while maintaining a coherent roadmap

Qualificações

• Experience delivering B2B/enterprise SaaS products.
• Hands-on with product tooling like JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape roadmap for the Pay Transparency area in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Write user stories and run backlog grooming sessions withEngineering.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs meet customer needs.
• Align priorities with Product Managers across other modules to keep the roadmap coherent.
• Prioritize the backlog and clearly explain the what and why behind each feature to engineering.
• Coordinate with Product Knowledge team to keep documentation up to date as features ship.
