Hexa Group is seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant to lead Core HR / Employee Central configuration and governance within SAP SuccessFactors. You will bridge HR business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure data models, integrations, and reporting meet business needs.

The role requires a degree in IT or HR, at least 4 years in HRIS, fluent English, and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. This is a full remote position for someone based in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Degree in computer science / information technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Min 4 years experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to understand business needs regarding employee's data administration.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR applications & processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Core HR / Employee Central Configuration and Data Models.
• Develop and maintain key HR processes including Hiring, Employee movements, Promotions, Terminations.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with project objectives during implementation and operational phases.
• Coordinate Testing, Validation, and User Adoption.
• Act as the Main Point of Contact for BPOs and Technical teams.

Role Overview

You will responsible for leading the design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core HR and Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) landscape. The role acts as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes, data models, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements align with business requirements and project objectives.
