Air Liquide ALEBS seeks a Junior Business & Data Integration Analyst (HR Analytics) to connect HR teams with IT, validate data models, and support Workday integrations. This hybrid role offers exposure to data pipelines, BI deployments, and impactful analytics across the HR function.

You will gather business requirements, verify data models in a data lake, and contribute to the Workday integration landscape while growing in a global, diverse environment.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or technical operations.
• Solid foundational knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Proven ability to build compelling visual dashboards using Power BI.
• Practical scripting skills in Python or R.
• Strong commitment to data governance, security, and privacy principles.
• Good understanding of data architecture and data mapping fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge HR business needs to IT, translating requirements into technical specifications and data specifications.
• Design, build, and optimize impactful Power BI dashboards for HR analytics and insights.
• Empower users through training and clear documentation, while supporting roadmaps.
• Uphold data governance and privacy standards across HR analytics initiatives.
• Maintain end-to-end data lineage and comprehensive technical documentation.
