Talkdesk is seeking a Data Governance & Compliance Manager within the Information Security team to own the strategy and execution of Talkdesk's data governance program.

You will cover data lifecycle management, retention, privacy rights management, data classification, and data protection controls, working with Legal & Privacy, Product, Engineering, Security, and stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable controls.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, privacy, compliance, GRC, or a related field.
• Ability to translate regulatory and privacy requirements into practical policies, processes, controls, and technical requirements.
• Experience with Data Lifecycle Management, Data Classification, Consent Management, Privacy Rights Management, and Data Protection.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy and execution of the data governance program from requirements to continuous improvement.
• Embed governance requirements into engineering and data processes to enable secure, compliant practices by default.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical controls.
• Define KPIs and reporting to demonstrate risk reduction and business value.
