Talkdesk, Inc. is seeking a Data Governance & Compliance Manager to lead the data governance program within the Information Security team in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on data lifecycle management, retention, privacy rights management, data classification, and data protection controls.

You will partner with Legal & Privacy, Product, Engineering, Security and business stakeholders to translate regulatory and contractual requirements into scalable governance solutions and tooling.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data governance, privacy, compliance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data governance program strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Legal & Privacy, Product, Engineering, and Security to translate requirements into governance controls.
• Define KPIs and reporting to demonstrate risk reduction and business value.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
