Amplemarket seeks a Head of Legal & Compliance to own data handling, dialer and AI calling governance, and to drive regulatory reviews for enterprise deals. This build-from-scratch role sits at the intersection of product and policy, guiding both strategy and execution.

You will lead privacy programs across GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and data sourcing, while drafting contracts, managing security reviews, and shaping product requirements with the roadmap.

Qualificações

• 8+ years combining law firm and in-house experience.
• Deep privacy expertise across GDPR/CCPA/CPRA.
• Proven ability to build a function from scratch.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating regulatory concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Own data handling, dialer compliance, and AI calling governance.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and enterprise contracts.
• Lead privacy program end-to-end including DSARs and data sourcing.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on regulatory requirements.
