Amplemarket is seeking a senior Head of Legal & Compliance to own data handling, AI calling governance, and enterprise security reviews. This build-from-scratch role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and legal, driving privacy-by-design in a fast-growing B2B sales-tech environment.

You will shape privacy programs across GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and US state patchwork, manage contracts with customers and vendors, and be the primary contact for customers' counsel during complex deals.

Qualifications

8+ years combining law firm and in-house experience; US qualification required.
Deep privacy expertise: GDPR and CCPA/CPRA in practice.
Experience advising product and engineering teams; comfortable in technical rooms.
Proven track record building a function from scratch; strong judgement.

Responsibilities

Own TCPA compliance posture and platform consent/suppression enforcement.
Draft and negotiate DPAs, contracts, and enterprise security reviews.
Lead privacy program end-to-end: DSARs, data sourcing, transfer impact assessments.
Sit in roadmap planning; translate regulatory constraints into product requirements.
