TP is hiring a Data Steward to help operate and scale our enterprise data governance framework. You will ensure critical data assets are defined, owned, catalogued, classified and monitored for quality, partnering with data owners, stakeholders, architects, engineers and analytics teams to build trust in data across the organisation.

You will maintain the data catalog and business glossary, set data quality expectations, and lead governance forums.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data stewardship, data governance, data management, data quality, analytics.
• Strong grasp of governance concepts — ownership, metadata management, data lineage, data classification, glossary management.
• Document business terms, data definitions and data flows in a structured, reusable way.
• Hands-on with a data cataloging or governance platform — Unity Catalog (preferred) or Microsoft Purview.

• Define, document and maintain data ownership and stewardship responsibilities across domains.
• Maintain and enrich the data catalog and business glossary with metadata, lineage and classifications.
• Set data quality expectations, business rules and validation criteria with stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality issues, coordinate root-cause analysis and remediation through governance forums.
• Review new assets against governance standards—naming, definitions, sensitivity, access, lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops to align on definitions and ownership.
• Build guidance, templates and training for stewardship adoption across domains.
• Partner with the Data Governance & Business Analyst Manager and Data Architect to embed stewardship into strategic data initiatives.
