WTW is seeking an experienced Market Intelligence professional to drive end-to-end research projects and deliver AI-enhanced insights from London. You will lead market sizing, landscape studies, and analytics while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

You will apply advanced analytics, Transform data into actionable recommendations, and develop AI-powered dashboards to communicate findings effectively to business teams.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Experience in quantitative research, market sizing, market landscaping, workflow analysis or pricing analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and data modelling with scenario analysis.
• Experience building or working with Power BI dashboards or BI tools.
• Knowledge of various research tools, techniques and sources.
• Excellent written and oral communication with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of applying AI/automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research including sourcing information, synthesis, and AI-enabled insight delivery.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Design and deliver quantitative research solutions: market sizing, landscaping, and analytics.
• Lead data integration from multiple internal and external datasets, including AI-driven sources.
• Prepare data with validation and quality control to ensure outputs' integrity.
• Translate complex analysis into narrative insights and business recommendations.
• Develop reports, presentations, and AI-enhanced dashboards to communicate insights.
• Balance detailed analysis with strategic, commercial implications.
