Decskill is seeking an AI Solution Architect to lead business analysis, discovery workshops, and translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled architectures. You will design integration and cloud architectures and guide high-code delivery with senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong consulting and cross-domain collaboration, with emphasis on AI/LLM technologies, executive materials, and long-term client impact in an international context.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and discovery workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical/solution architecture.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies including AI Agents, RAG and LLM-based solutions.
• Ability to produce technical estimates, architecture options and executive-facing materials.
• Ability to work across both business and technical domains.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilities:

• Lead business analysis and discovery workshops to understand business needs and challenges.
• Translate business problems into scalable technical and solution architectures.
• Design AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Bridge business discovery, solution architecture and high-code delivery.
• Define and evaluate different architecture options, including estimates and technical approaches.
• Design integration and cloud architectures for complex solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and validate solutions.
• Prepare architecture documentation and executive-level presentations.
• Support the transition towards AI-assisted and high-code solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and discovery workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical/solution architecture.

• Practical understanding of AI/LLM technologies, including:
• AI Agents

• Experience producing technical estimates, architecture options and executive-facing materials.

• Ability to support the evolution towards AI-assisted, high-code solutions.

Not suitable for:

• Pure Business Analyst profiles.
• Pure Organizational Change Management profiles.
• Ideal profile: a consultant/architect with strong technical foundations, capable of understanding the business problem, designing the architecture and guiding the delivery of AI-augmented, high-code solutions.
