Decskill, an IT consulting company with a Lisbon-based project focus, seeks a Data & AI Implementation Consultant to design and implement Snowflake semantic models and dbt pipelines. The role covers deploying AI use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI/data solutions in a multinational context.

Requirements include a 3+ year track record in data engineering or AI consulting, strong Snowflake and dbt expertise, Python skills, and mandatory English fluency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI implementation or similar technical consulting roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including semantic views, YAML configuration and data modelling.
• Solid experience with dbt, including data transformations, deployments and environment management (DEV/QUA/PRD).
• Good Python programming skills for data processing and AI implementation.
• Experience implementing business AI use cases such as document processing, intelligent automation, invoice scanning or contract generation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise or equivalent solutions.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool calling mechanisms, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration concepts.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain semantic data models, YAML semantic views and ontologies in Snowflake to support business data consumption.
• Build, deploy and maintain dbt data models and pipelines across Development, Quality Assurance and Production environments.
• Implement AI use cases using enterprise AI platforms, including document processing, invoice scanning, contract generation and other business process automation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical AI and data solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Configure and integrate enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini Enterprise and similar platforms into business processes.
• Support the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and tool-calling mechanisms where applicable.
• Ensure data quality, governance and best practices across AI and data implementation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on AI adoption and contribute to AI governance within the business unit.
• Support the enablement of developer productivity tools (e.g. Claude Code) when applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve data and AI capabilities.
