Cross Border Talents is looking for a Travel Consultant fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) to handle travel inquiries and assist with bookings. This role can be part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week). Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and prior experience in travel or customer service is a plus. Qualificações

• Danish language proficiency of C1 level or higher is required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in Danish.
• Assist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings.
• Provide travel advice and customized itinerary planning.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in booking systems.
