Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who speaks Danish to join our international team. This role offers fully remote work with flexible options and a friendly, multicultural environment.

You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. Fluency in Danish (C2 preferred) and English at least B2 are required, and you must be based in Portugal.

Qualificações
