Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-English customer service specialist to join our international team. This role is fully remote within Portugal, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 and weekends off.

You will assist customers in Danish and English, provide clear information, and resolve issues while preserving a positive experience. The ideal candidate resides in Portugal, is fluent in Danish and English, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
