Qualificações

• Experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours and days.

Responsabilidades

• Taking inbound calls.
• Selling cruise packages.
• Cross-selling and upselling cruise products.
• Providing customer support for booking management.
• Assisting travel agents with bookings.

Conhecimentos

C1 level of Danish

Good English skills (B2)

Sales experience

Good PC skills
