Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Danish and English-speaking customers. This fully remote role is based in Portugal, with standard hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

Candidates must reside in Portugal and be fluent in Danish and English; on-site equipment logistics are handled based on distance, and a welcome bonus plus daily meal allowance are offered.

About the position

Join our client as a Customer Service professional, providing essential support to customers in Danish and English. This remote role is based in Portugal.

Additional information

• A welcome bonus of 2000€ will be paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment.
• Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
• Candidates residing within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person. Equipment is shipped to candidates living more than 50 km away.
• Working Hours & Schedule: Hours: 08:00 to 17:00.
