Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish and English fluent customer service professional for a fully remote role within Portugal. You will join an international team and assist customers with professional and reliable support.

Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries in Danish and English, providing clear information, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. The role follows a regular 08:00–17:00 schedule, Monday to Friday.
