Foundever is hiring for a Danish Customer Service role in Lisbon. You will respond to customer inquiries, maintain product knowledge, and log interactions while adhering to procedures. The position requires Danish proficiency, English basics, and a willingness to relocate within Portugal.

Relocation support, private healthcare after six months, and ongoing training are provided alongside growth programs and job stability.

Qualificações

• Danish native or fluent with strong communication skills.
• English level at least B1.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit required.
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on site).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries within defined timescales.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client’s products and services.
• Log calls and complete required administrative forms accurately.
• Escalate issues to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt to changing procedures.
