Foundever is seeking a German-speaking customer service specialist to join a project in Lisbon. You will respond to customer enquiries, maintain knowledge of the client’s products, and handle correspondence with accuracy.

Requirements include German at C1 and English at B1, plus strong communication and self-organization skills. EU citizenship or valid work permit is required, with relocation to Lisbon possible.

Qualificações

• German proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Calm, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong self-organization and initiative.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries within specified timescales.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the client’s products and services.
• Handle correspondence as required.
• Log all calls accurately in line with procedures.
• Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
• Escalate to a department or senior colleague when needed.
