Foundever is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will respond to customer enquiries, build product knowledge, log calls, and manage documentation with accuracy.

The role requires Danish proficiency (C2) and English at an intermediate level (B1). On-site work, relocation support, and training are provided to foster growth within a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Danish (C2) or native level, English (B1) proficiency.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Calm and proactive approach to work under pressure.
• Able to adapt to changing procedures and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit; be local or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
