W.T.W., Ltd. in Portugal is seeking a Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist DACH Market to provide high‑quality Tier 1 HR support in German for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

You will handle onboarding, data changes, payroll inputs, and basic HR transactions, while ensuring GDPR compliance and country regulations. You will work with Tier 2 and regional HR colleagues to triage inquiries, maintain German knowledge content, document cases clearly, and deliver accurate, timely responses

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within HR Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Native or near-native German (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience using HRIS and case-management tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated experience supporting Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland in an HR or administrative capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary Tier 1 point of contact for HR inquiries for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant responses using SOPs, scripts, and knowledge articles.
• Manage German-language ticket queues with high-quality case documentation and compliant transactions.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs related to quality, accuracy, and turnaround time.
• Execute end-to-end Tier 1 HR transactions for DACH countries, including onboarding, background checks, data updates, payroll inputs, learning administration, and benefits support.
• Apply country-specific rules within standardized global HR processes and ensure GDPR compliance.
