Besthire is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join a Tech team in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will help users with account and product support and handle content moderation for an e-commerce platform. The role includes onboarding, coaching, and opportunities for career development.

Excellent Czech communication and comfortable English daily are needed; prior customer service helps, but full training is provided, and you will start on 10/Sep/26.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Czech and ability to communicate clearly.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, with coaching and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Moderate content for an e-commerce platform, reviewing user-generated material.
• Handle inbound contacts via phone, chat and email; log details in the internal system.
• Escalate tricky issues to a specialist when needed and follow up as required.
