The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Content Moderator for an on-site position in Lisbon. The role focuses on reviewing and moderating content to meet SLAs and compliance standards within an e-commerce context. You will work in a dynamic team and contribute to a safe, trusted platform.

The ideal candidate has native/fluent Czech, English at B2 level, and strong moderation and communication skills. The position supports shift rotations (Mon-Sun) and includes a monthly meal allowance and onboarding

Qualificações

• Native/fluent in Czech both verbal and written, with English at least B2 level.
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear communication and good judgment.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Able to manage high workloads and peak periods.
• Willingness to work in shift rotation (Mon-Sun, 24/7).
• Empathetic customer-service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor content in line with SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies and legal standards.
• Adapt to policy updates and follow SOPs consistently.
• Escalate issues through proper channels per company protocols.
• Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products and industry trends.
