Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator on-site to support an e-commerce platform. You will review user-generated content, assist users with account and product questions, and maintain accurate records of each interaction.

Day-to-day work will involve answering inquiries by phone, email and chat, with full training provided and a clear path for career progression. English proficiency is required for daily operations.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escal more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Czech and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
