David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Czech speaking Content Moderator for a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon. The position is full-time on-site with a focus on reviewing content for compliance and quality.

Ideal candidates will be native in Czech, fluent in English, and have strong moderation and customer service skills. Benefits include comprehensive training, a modern office environment, and a monthly meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Ability to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods.
• Able to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7).
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products.
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies.

Conhecimentos

Native/fluent in Czech

Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

Excellent moderation abilities

Strong customer service skills
