Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, compliant online environment. You will moderate content in Czech and English and work closely with the team to ensure quality interactions.

This on-site role requires flexible rotating shifts, 24/7 coverage, and strong written and verbal communication. Relocation support is provided for qualified candidates.

Join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Content Moderator, where you will play a crucial role inensuring content safety and compliance. This position involves moderating content in Czechand English, contributing to a secure online environment.

WORK MODEL:On-site

SCHEDULE:Rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage (Mondayto Sunday), with 2 rotative days off. Shiftsinclude 07:00 – 16:00, 14:00 – 23:00, and22:30 – 07:30.
