Empa-T is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Porto, Portugal, to lead international security initiatives within a banking project. You will manage planning, delivery, and governance across Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, and Development teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Cybersecurity or Security Engineering, 3+ years in project management, and fluent French and English. The role is Porto-based with hybrid office work and international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Engineering environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT or Cybersecurity projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, including IAM, Network Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing project risks, budget, scope, and timelines.
• Fluent French.
• Fluent English.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to join an international project within the banking sector, leading strategic cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of security projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from planning through implementation

Nice to Have

• PMP, Prince2, or similar Project Management certification
• CISSP, CISA, or other cybersecurity certifications
• Knowledge of NIST frameworks and cybersecurity governance standards
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and security solutions
